There is hardly another profession in which so many roles meet and the pressure for perfection is as high as with doctors and dentists and the desire for effectiveness is so great. However, hardly any other occupational group ignores physical signs and symptoms on their own bodies. These approaches have existed since the 1990s. These are so-called mindset techniques, which have a superficial and short-term effect. The figures of Burnout sufferers show, however, that they do not work long-term. They merely scratch the surface of the actual causes. As new findings show, the core of Burnout is much deeper: Self-created beliefs and patterns.
